Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke recovery and motor aphasia in Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Age 35-75 years old, no restriction on gender; (3) Native Chinese speaker, right-handed, with education level of elementary school and above; (4) Motor aphasia after stroke, within 2 weeks to 6 months of disease duration (recovery period), and stable condition; (5) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score <15, WAB diagnosis of motor aphasia should meet the requirements of Aphasia Quotient (AQ) <93.8, able to cooperate with language training, no unstable factors, and clear mind; (6) No contraindications to nuclear magnetic examination, and can cooperate with the completion of performing a 30-minute nuclear magnetic examination; (7) No other non-vascular cognitive dysfunction, conscious and stable vital signs; (8) Good compliance with hospitalization, informed and willing to sign the patient informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with aphasia not caused by stroke; (2) Patients with pre-stroke aphasia; (3) Patients with severe cardiac pulmonary hepatic renal insufficiency and coagulation disorders; (4) Patients with audio-visual abnormalities severe cognitive disorders psychiatric disorders dementia patients and geriatric psychiatric patients; (5) Pregnant and lactating women patients; (6) Patients who were receiving any type of speech therapy before enrollment.
