Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) with a HAMD-17 score between 8 and 25points; 2) Patients aged 18-45years regardless of gender; 3)Patients are voluntary and able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) bipolar depression treatment-resistant depression suicidal tendency (HAMD third score greater than 2 points); 2) Immediate family or personal history of mental illness; 3)Serious physical health (as assessed by a doctor); 4) Positive pregnancy test; 5) Receive acupuncture treatment within three months.
