Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA unilateral or bilateral onset and chronic pain as the main clinical symptoms; 2)Age 50-75 years old male or female; 3)K-L grade ?-? X-ray showed no large free body in the joint; 4) central sensitization inventory (CSI) score =40 5) did not have any related treatment within 1 week before participating in this clinical trial; 6) Patients and their families give informed consent and can cooperate in the assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Have undergone knee replacement surgery or other knee surgery 2)Knee pain caused by other diseases (such as autoimmune diseases infections malignant tumors trauma fractures serious fluid accumulation in joint muscles joint cavities lumbar spine diseases etc.) 3) Have undergone arthroscopy within the last 12 months or received intra-articular injections within the last 6 months 4) Serious acute and chronic organic diseases or mental illnesses 5) Have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months
