Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Patients diagnosed with post-stroke gastrointestinal dysfunction; duration of illness between 0-3 months; clear consciousness and cooperative attitude; adherence to the principles of informed consent, evidenced by signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Patients not meeting the above diagnostic and inclusion criteria; severe post-stroke conditions or consciousness disorders; concurrent severe cardiac, cerebral, renal, or pulmonary diseases; structural digestive system diseases such as ulcers, gastrointestinal tumors, or chronic pancreatitis identified by imaging or gastroscopy; systemic diseases affecting gastrointestinal motility such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, diabetes, connective tissue diseases, immune deficiencies, or parasitic intestinal diseases; unwillingness to participate or poor treatment compliance; allergies to electrode patches or materials, or those with damaged skin at the application site.
