Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke revised in 1995 at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases and the diagnosis is confirmed by CT or MRI; 2) Adult patients =18 years old; 3) The initial stroke the course of disease is more than 1 week and less than 3 months; 4) Clear consciousness can cooperate with the test; (5) Acupuncture treatment has been performed after stroke; 6) Patients and their families give informed consent and cooperate and sign the "informed consent for clinical medical research".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are other diseases that affect cognitive function such as brain trauma Parkinson's disease Alzheimer's disease etc. 2) Severe audiovisual dysfunction aphasia and other unable to complete the test; Are using drugs that may affect cognitive function; Previous history of serious mental disorder or alcohol or drug abuse/dependence; 5)Patients and their families do not cooperate and are unwilling to accept cognitive assessments.
