Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with TD (Tourette's Disorder): Ages 3-18; meet the diagnostic criteria for TD with good compliance; have signed the informed consent form; have not used medication for treatment in the past month. 2. Healthy children: Ages 3-18; healthy children without underlying diseases; have signed the informed consent form; have not used medication for treatment in the past month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for children with TD: Those who have received medication intervention treatment within the last month; secondary tic disorders caused by certain drugs (such as stimulants) or diseases (such as Huntington's chorea or post-viral encephalitis etc.); habitual spasms or those with other unstable diseases; children with comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder depression anxiety and other mental system diseases; those who cannot cooperate with treatment or interrupt treatment before the specified observation period with incomplete data; those who have not signed the informed consent form. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy children: Those with a history of respiratory tract infection within the last month or known history of streptococcal infection-related diseases; those with incomplete data; those who have not signed the informed consent form.
