Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It conforms to the diagnosis related to type 2 diabetes in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes (2017). (2) Complies with the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for insomnia in China. (3) Age range: 18-75 years old. (4) Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with mental illnesses; Accompanied by serious lesions such as cardiovascular cerebrovascular and renal diseases; Patients with skin rupture and local unconsciousness at the treatment site; Individuals who are allergic to scraping agents. (2) Pregnant and lactating female patients. (3) People with coagulation mechanism disorders bleeding tendency infectious diseases severe bacterial infections etc. (4) Those with poor treatment compliance or non-compliance with medical treatment. (5) Diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression for long-term oral sleep medication. (6) Insomnia caused by diabetes foot or painful neurodegeneration of diabetes.
