Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the United States College of Rheumatology in 2019 or the diagnostic criteria for "knee paralysis" in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis in Traditional Chinese Medicine (2023 Edition). 2. The age group is between 40-60 years old 3. Voluntarily choose to undergo extracorporeal shock wave or yang palm slapping or extracorporeal shock wave combined with yang palm slapping treatment 4. Pre-treatment pain VAS score > 3 points 5. Informed and consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone knee replacement surgery; 2. Patients with direct skin damage local ulceration or infection of the knee joint on the affected side; 3. Patients with gouty arthritis rheumatoid arthritis acute tendon fasciitis and other symptoms similar but excluded as degenerative knee arthritis; 4. Knee pain caused by knee fracture bone fracture nonunion ligament tear or rupture infection tumor tuberculosis abscess joint effusion etc.; 5. Patients with serious heart brain liver kidney hematopoietic system immune system underlying diseases and malignant tumors such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency heart failure myocardial infarction and cardiac pacemaker liver and kidney function damage hematologic diseases such as purpura autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus etc.; 6. Patients who need to take anticoagulant drugs (warfarin heparin etc.) or a large amount of hormone therapy; 7. Menstrual period trying to conceive pregnancy lactating women or people with allergies.
