Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment (PSCI) in accordance with the "2021 Expert Consensus on the Management of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment."2) Cognitive impairment ranging from non-dementia cognitive disorders to post-stroke dementia vascular dementia (VaD) or cognitive impairment due to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) that has progressed within six months post-stroke. 3)Age between 18 and 75 years.4)Degree of cognitive impairment: Patients with MMSE scores between 9 and 27. (Dementia severity classification: Mild MMSE = 21 Moderate MMSE 10-20 Severe MMSE = 9.)5) Normal vital signs and stable mental state. 6)Ability to understand and cooperate with the study voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women.2) Use of sedatives stimulants or intravenous anesthetics within the last two months.3)Family history of neuropsychiatric hereditary diseases.4)History of head injury neuropsychiatric disorders significant impairment of vital organ function (such as heart lung liver or kidney) or presence of malignant tumors.5)Drug dependence.Fear of needles or history of needle phobia. 6)Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) such as the presence of metallic implants cochlear implants or claustrophobia.
