Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Unlimited gender age =18 years; (2) Comply with the 2002 American Thoracic Society (ATS) and European Respiratory Society (ERS) Expert Group Consensus the 2018 Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Connective Tissue Disease-Related Interstitial Lung Disease the 2019 Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and the 2022 Clinical Practice for Adults with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis Guidelines for the diagnostic criteria of interstitial lung disease including acute exacerbation and stable stage; (3) Patients volunteered to participate in the whole management of the study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with combined serious cardiovascular haematological hepatic renal and other organ dysfunctions; (2) Those with mental illnesses who cannot co-operate with the research study; (3) Acute and chronic infectious diseases.
