Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All cases meet the diagnostic criteria for perianal abscess adhering to the Western diagnostic standards as referenced in the "Therapeutic Guidelines for Perianal Abscess Anal Fistula and Rectovaginal Fistula" and the Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic standards as laid out in the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Common Anorectal Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine" of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Specifically they include: 1)individuals aged between 16 and 80 years; 2)those undergoing surgery for a perianal abscess for the first time; 3)inpatients; 4)voluntarily participating in the study; and 5)those who have given informed consent and signed the relevant consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals allergic to the test medication; 2) Perianal abscesses resulting from other factors such as ulcerative colitis or foreign body injury; 3) Patients with concomitant perianal diseases such as eczema; 4) Patients with conditions affecting wound healing such as diabetes; 5) Patients with significant functional impairments of vital organs including the heart brain liver and kidneys; 6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
