Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Western Medicine diagnostic criteria for patients with SCAP: According to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of CAP formulated by the Respiratory Diseases Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2006 the clinical diagnostic criteria for CAP include: (1) new cough and sputum or aggravation of existing respiratory diseases with purulent sputum; With or without chest pain; 2) Fever; 3) Signs of lung consolidation and/or smell and moist rales; 4) WBC > 10×109/L or 30 times/min; 3)Pa02 < 60 mmHg oxygenation index < 300 need mechanical ventilation; 4) Systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg; 5) complicated with septic shock; (6) Chest radiograph showing bilateral or multiple lobe involvement or lesion enlargement =50% within 48 hours of admission; Oliguria: urine volume < 20 mL/h or < 80 mL/4h or acute renal failure requires dialysis treatment. 1.2 Diagnostic criteria for TCM syndrome of Phlegm-heat obstructing lung type: According to the 2018 TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for community-acquired pneumonia prepared by the Professional Committee of Pulmonary Diseases Branch of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine the diagnostic criteria for TCM syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung type of SCAP are clearly proposed as follows: (1) Symptoms: 1) Main symptoms: cough phlegm phlegm yellow phlegm white dry sticky chest pain red tongue tongue coating yellow greasy pulse slippery number. 2) Secondary symptoms: fever thirst red face yellow urine dry stool abdominal distension. 3) Diagnosis: 1) Chest pain caused by cough; 2) Phlegm yellow or white dry sticky; 3) Fever thirst; 4) Dry stool or abdominal distension; 5) Red tongue yellow or greasy tongue coating pulse number or slippery number. Have 1) 2) 2 plus 2 of 3) 4) 5). Inclusion criteria: Meet the following three conditions: (1) Patients with SCAP who meet the above diagnostic criteria for Western medicine and Chinese medicine; (2) between the ages of 18 and 85; (3) The informed consent for this study is signed by the patient's family (when the patient is combined with mental disorder) or himself (when the patient is not combined with mental disorder).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Deletion criteria: (1) Combined with other respiratory diseases (including interstitial pneumonia pulmonary embolism lung tumors); (2) combined with other malignant tumors; (3) after CPR has been performed; (4) Patients receiving intensive care in the intensive care unit who have been transferred need to be re-admitted to the ICU due to their condition.
