Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All the enrolled patients were diagnosed with coronary artery disease and had been treated with PCI or CABG. 2.Chest pain or chest tightness still exists after surgery and serious ischaemic causes or other organic diseases have been excluded by relevant examinations. 3.Chinese medicine diagnosis is stasis-heat disturbing the heart evidence. 4.Patients gave informed consent and participated voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have heart failure due to failure of vital organs such as lungs liver kidneys and brain. 2.Allergic to the drugs involved in this treatment plan. 3.Those with severe heart failure and class IV cardiac function. 4.Combined with other diseases such as endocrine system or haematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases. 5.Patients with mental abnormality and those who are unwilling to co-operate. 6.Patients with obvious infections poorly controlled blood pressure and/or blood glucose. 7.Pregnant or lactating women. 8. poor medical compliance inability to follow the prescribed medication or incomplete treatment etc. affect the efficacy or safety judgement. 9.Patients who are currently participating in other clinical studies.
