45 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 45-75 years with end-stage renal disease (uremia stage); (2) Patients who have been receiving hemodialysis treatment for at least three months three times a week four hours each time with stable vital signs; (3) Patients assessed using the FRAIL scale scoring =1 point in pre-frailty and frailty; (4) Patients who are conscious have normal hearing and can communicate normally with others; (5) Patients without physical activity disorders who have not engaged in regular exercise and are able to understand and follow demonstrated movements; (6) Patients with intact skin at the acupoint massage sites; (7) MHD patients who voluntarily participate in this study; Note: Only those who meet all the above conditions can be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with neurological diseases as well as any other uncontrolled chronic diseases; (2) Patients with severe complications such as severe arrhythmia angina pectoris severe infection malignant tumors renal osteodystrophy etc. (3) Patients who refuse to cooperate or are mentally abnormal and unable to cooperate; (4) MHD patients participating in another clinical trial at the same time; Patients meeting any of the above conditions will be excluded.
