Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic fatigue syndrome; 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. Those who gave informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any active disease that would explain the presence of chronic fatigue. 2. Any person suffering from major diseases of the heart kidneys lungs liver or brain and severe liver or kidney dysfunction. 3. any past or current diagnosis of major depressive disorder with psychotic or melancholic features bipolar disorder schizophrenia delusional disorder dementia anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa.4. alcohol or drug dependence.5. pregnant or lactating women.6. patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months.7. Patients who did not take the medication as prescribed and missed visits who were unable to judge the efficacy of the medication and who had incomplete information that affected the judgment of the efficacy or safety of the medication.
