Observation Group:On the basis of the control group add the formula of benefiting qi nourishing yin and activating blood.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 40~75 years old; 2.Culture middle school and above; 3.Patients were in the stable stage of disease after chronic stable exertional angina pectoris ischemic cardiomyopathy and acute coronary syndromes including coronary artery disease after asymptomatic myocardial ischemia hemodialysis reconstruction combined with controlled heart failure; 4.Previously no regular exercise habits i.e. <3 times per week and the duration of each exercise <30 min; 5.The patients and their families gave informed consent and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with severe arrhythmia; 2. with large heart valve disease requiring surgical treatment; 3.myocarditis or pericarditis in the active stage; 4.LVEF Class II; 5. persistent severe angina myocardial infarction or cardiogenic shock; 6.patients with Patients with limb movement disorder; 7.Combined with severe liver kidney brain and other organs failure; 8.New deep vein thrombosis lower limb occlusive atherosclerosis thrombophlebitis aortic dissection and other parts of the aneurysm; 9.Patients with mental disorders; 10.Patients who are taking other traditional Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicine in the course of treatment.
