Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of plaque psoriasis; Aged 18-60 years; 2. The skin area is less than 50% of the body surface area; 3. No systemic treatment or local use of glucocorticoid preparations and retinoic drugs in the past 1 month; 4. Voluntarily accept the treatment plan designed by the project and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are pregnant planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Patients with severe organic diseases of cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney and other organs or severe primary hematopoietic system or mental patients; 3. Patients with allergic constitution or allergic to therapeutic drugs and methods; 4. Those who are afraid of needles and refuse fire needle treatment; Cicatricial constitution.
