Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the clinical staging diagnosis of breast (stage I II III) and undergo total mastectomy; (2) Age 18-70 years old with expected survival >3 months; (3) Patients with a score of >50 and <60 on the Self-Depression Scale (SDS) and =20 and <35 on the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) with scores that fall into the mild to moderate anxiety and depression state; (4) Patients who were conscious cooperated with the treatment and could cooperate in receiving follow-up visits during the study period.

Exclusion criteria
