Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Crohn's disease; 2) Completion of comprehensive laboratory tests including complete blood count erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) C-reactive protein (CRP) coagulation function fecal calprotectin (FC) and colonoscopy/capsule endoscopy/enteroscopy within two weeks prior to enrollment; 3) Individuals aged 14 years and older regardless of gender; 4) Voluntary participation in this clinical study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with ulcerative colitis intestinal tuberculosis Behçet's disease infectious enteritis ischemic colitis radiation enteritis drug-induced enteropathy eosinophilic enteritis and various rheumatic diseases with gastrointestinal manifestations (such as systemic lupus erythematosus primary vasculitis etc.) as well as gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma cannot be excluded.2)Patients with severe diseases of the circulatory system respiratory system hematologic system endocrine system or malignancies. 3) Patients with significant neurological deficits or psychiatric disorders. 4)Patients deemed by the investigator to be uncooperative or those with other factors that complicate the enrollment process.
