65 Years to 81 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 65 years old; 2) body mass index (BMI) 19-25 kg/m2; (3) American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I - III; 4) Preoperative mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score =15 points; 5) Patients undergoing total joint replacement (total knee or total hip replacement); 6) Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) refuse to sign the consent form or disobey the arrangement; 2) Have a history of neurological or mental illness; 3) Skin injury or infection at the acupuncture site; 4) Visual and hearing impairment is difficult to communicate; 5) Have a history of cardiac orthopedic and craniocerebral surgery; 6) History of cerebrovascular disease (except lacunar cerebral infarction); A history of substance or alcohol abuse; 8) Coagulation disorder; 9) Take cerebral vascular dilating drugs (vinpocetine cinepazide alprostadil etc.); 10) Preoperative weakness; 11) Persons with sleep disorders; 12) abnormal liver and kidney function; Electrolyte disturbance; 14 Hypoxemia; 15) hypercapnia; Severe pain before surgery.
