Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for disorders of consciousness ; (2) Aged 18-70 years no gender restriction; (3) Disease duration of more than 1 month with failure of conventional awakening treatments; (4) Basic normal heart lung liver and kidney function; (5) Suitable for assessment (neuroimaging EEG various evoked potentials); (6) Presence of mismatch negativity (MMN) in EEG; (7) Expected survival time greater than 3 months; (8) Able to cooperate in monitoring adverse events and treatment efficacy; (9) The patient or their legal guardian signs a written informed consent form; (10) Female patients have a negative pregnancy test; (11) Normal coagulation function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with comas due to neurodegenerative diseases intracranial infections or post-brain tumor surgery; (2) Patients whose consciousness has shown sustained improvement or deterioration within 1 month prior to enrollment; (3) Patients with severe complications; (4) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past three months; (5) Patients with a history of severe allergies or allergic constitution; (6) Patients with other severe medical conditions or serious uncontrolled infections; (7) Patients with substance abuse drug addiction chronic alcoholism or HIV.
