Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sex: any gender BMI 18-30 kg/m2 age: 18-64 years ASA class I-III Child ? Pugh class A or B volunteering to participate in the study and signing an informed consent form Meet the indications for hepatic resection (primary liver cancer less than 5 cm benign liver tumours metastatic cancer of the liver large or symptomatic liver cysts liver injuries etc.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pregnancy or lactation; known allergy to any drug used in the study; haemoglobin (Hb) 30 kg/m2 or 180 mmHg or even > 180 mmHg in primary hypertension without taking any medication; liver function classification > Child- Pugh B renal function abnormalities (creatine Cr > 178 µmol/ L); severe organic lesions in vital organs such as heart and kidney; previous history of liver surgery; mental illnesses that prevented simple communication and cooperation in completing the experiments; and severe dysfunction in blood coagulation.
