Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A hospitalized patient who visited the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from January 1, 2023 to September 15, 2024, meets the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke pneumonia, has a history of stroke for more than one month, and remains bedridden for a long time with speech or consciousness impairments. (2) Age = 18 years old, gender not limited. (3) NIHSS score = 3 points, GCS score>3 points (4) Patients who receive respiratory rehabilitation training and electroacupuncture diaphragmatic stimulation treatment more than 10 times during hospitalization. Only those who meet the above conditions can be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Newly diagnosed or progressive stroke patients, or with a course of less than one month; (2) Special infected persons (such as tuberculosis, A H1N1, COVID-19 infection, avian influenza, other non Patients with typical pneumonia, bronchiectasis, malignant lung lesions, and those using mechanical ventilation; (3) Individuals with mental or psychological disorders; (4) Patients with acute heart failure, shock and other critical illnesses; (5) During the research period, in addition to the airway clearance technique, respiratory training, and swallowing function training mentioned in this study Other respiratory rehabilitation training treatments for patients; (6) Simultaneously participating in other research projects.
