Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have been diagnosed with depression and are =14 years old; (2) Patients with a history of poisoning from selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and who were hospitalized within 6 hours of poisoning; (3) Patients or their guardians are aware of the study content agree and sign the informed consent form; (4) Approved by the Ethics Committee of this hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe impaired consciousness and unstable vital signs; (2) Patients with malignant tumors severe infections and organic lesions of major organs; (3) Patients with recent upper gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation; (4) Patients with other types of mental illness etc.
