Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) undergraduate students enrolled in Southern Medical University will be facilitated to be selected (2) they have a clear intention and are preparing to take the postgraduate entrance test in China in December 2024 (3) the total score of pre-postgraduate entrance test anxiety is higher than 32 which means they have pre-postgraduate entrance test qnxiety (4) they voluntarily take part in this study and are able to cooperate with the completion of the intervention study and the completion of the questionnaires independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) have participated in a similar pre-postgraduate entrance test qnxiety intervention study within the last 3 months; (2) have a history of serious psychological or psychiatric illness; and (3) are allergic to the auricular acupressure or TCM aromatherapy materials used in this study.
