20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 20~50 years old; 2) Duration of the disease =6 months; 3) Stable partner sexual frequency =4 times/month; 4) Meet the diagnostic criteria of premature ejaculation; 5) Meet the identification criteria of premature ejaculation cardio-renal dysfunction; 6) Voluntarily participate in and cooperate with this pilot study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)People who cannot have sexual intercourse due to malformation of genital organs; 2)Patients with genitourinary tract infection; 3)Patients with erectile dysfunction (IIEF-5 = 21 points); 4)Allergy or allergy to any drugs known in the combination therapy; 5)Patients with severe heart brain kidney and other vital organ diseases; 6)Patients with psychiatric illnesses and with symptoms such as severe anxiety confirmed by Hamilton Depression Inventory and Hamilton Anxiety Inventory; 7) Patients with severe liver diseases including liver failure and other liver diseases.
