Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for shoulder impingement syndrome mentioned above. 2) Patients who meet the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation criteria of wind cold dampness type. 3) Age range from 50 to 75 years old; The course of illness is within one year. 4) The patient agrees to participate in the trial and signs the informed consent form. 5) There is no gender restriction for patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with neck and shoulder joint lesions other than shoulder coagulation include rotator cuff injuries, shoulder impingement sign, subacromial bursitis, shoulder osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, etc. 2) Individuals with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure who cannot tolerate stimulation. 3) Patients with diabetes have the tendency of limb ischemia or soft tissue infection. 4) Individuals with mental illnesses and elderly dementia who cannot cooperate with treatment and examination. 5) Patients with shoulder joint trauma and surgical history, including shoulder fractures, dislocations, and previous surgical history.
