Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets the complex anal fistula diagnostic and categorization criteria. 2: Aged 18-70 years. 3: Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Combination of serious heart brain kidney and other important organ diseases. 2: Presence of contraindications to surgery inability to accept or tolerate surgery. 3: Presence of drug allergy to the experimental drugs. 4: Patients with abnormal mental mood. 5: Those who have had perianal surgery in the past. 6: Pregnant and lactating women or those who are unable to use contraception during the study period. 7: Other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for participation in the study
