Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =8 years old gender unlimited; 2. Meet MG clinical diagnostic criteria; 3. Patients with myasthenia gravis whose clinical MGFA classification is type I II (IIa IIb) III (IIIa IIIb) IV (IVa IVb); 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness and lack of autonomous ability; 2. Subjects deemed by the investigator to be unable to complete the clinical investigation; 3. According to the judgment of the researcher there are other diseases or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment such as frequent changes in the working environment and unstable living environment which are easy to cause the loss of follow-up; 4. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
