18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2) Patients aged 18-40 years old; Right-handed; 3) The total score of IBS-SSS in the baseline period was =75 points; Have not used any IBS medication for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment; (5) There are at least 5 sensitive points on the body surface; 6) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following conditions must be ruled out. 1) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular system liver kidney hematopoietic system mental disease and obvious impairment of cognitive function; (2) Those who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the efficacy indicators; 3) There are contraindications of magnetic resonance scanning; (4) Patients with contraindications for MRI examination such as claustrophobia and pacemaker implantation status; 5) Refuse to sign the informed consent and violate the test protocol.
