Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with primary ST; 2. age =18 years gender is not limited; 3. had not received treatment such as botulinum toxin injection or deep brain electrical stimulation in the 3 months prior to enrollment; 4. tested as right-handed using the Edinburgh Sharp Hand Scale; 5. voluntarily accepting the treatment and signing the informed consent form. Exclusion criteria
