18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Age 18 to 65 years old regardless of gender; (ii) appropriate assessment (neuroimaging electroencephalogram various evoked potentials); (iii) no sedative drugs affecting consciousness; (iv) patients' vital signs were stable at the time of the CRS-R assessment; all patients were assessed by the CRS-R scale at least 5 times a week before enrollment and patients with pDOC who were stable at baseline were selected; and (vi) the patient's guardian or legal representative signed a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who had participated in other clinical trials within three months before the trial; (2) used sedative drugs 24 hours before EEG monitoring; (3) patients with combined multi-system and multi-organ impairment; (4) patients who were unable to complete the EEG monitoring because of cranial defects or scalp anomalies; (5) patients who did not obtain informed consent; (6) patients who had been sick for less than 3 weeks.
