Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-75 years old; 2) Patients who were diagnosed with Graves' disease based on the "Primary Care Guidelines for Hyperthyroidism (2019) and treated in the Department of Endocrinology Jieyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023; 3) Patients who received treatment with methimazole (MMI) or MMI combined with Xiakucao oral liquid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients without laboratory test records; 2) Patients with age sex baseline thyroid function indicators and other important data missing.
