18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age of 18-30 years old healthy male or female; 2) Right-handed; 3) Bachelor degree or above; 4) Regular daily life no smoking alcohol and other bad habits; 5) Do not take any drugs within 4 weeks before the trial; 6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of right leg trauma; 2) History of acute and chronic pain; 3) Any discomfort before the test; 4) Skin lesions or skin diseases at the tested acupoints; 5) Women in menstrual period pregnancy and lactation period.
