Control group:Control group: medication. Take Sertraline hydrochloride tablets 50mg daily for the first week and 100mg daily from the second week. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the MDD diagnostic criteria; HAMD-17=7 and < 24 scores; Age 18-65 years old; Junior high school education or above; Not receive any antidepressant treatment for 2 weeks before enrollment; Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People with suicidal tendencies (HAMD-17 suicidal item =2); A previous diagnosis of mental impairment schizophrenia bipolar disorder substance abuse or other mental disorder; History of brain disease and serious physical disease; Pregnant patients.
