Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer stage I.-III. within 7 days after surgery; 2) No chemotherapy, no clear recurrence and metastasis at the time of enrollment, stable vital signs, no serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, pulmonary diseases, no systemic inflammatory diseases, no bleeding diseases, no severe edema and musculoskeletal injury; 3) Seniors aged = 60 years; 4) KPS score = 60 points, and the expected survival time is = 1 year; 5) The patient has informed consent, normal communication skills, sound limbs, can perform low-intensity exercise, and is willing and able to perform Baduanjin exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Non-abdominal surgical methods, such as endoscopic excision and transanal resection; 2) Those suffering from mental illness; 3) Those with limb disability or limb mobility impairment; 4) Those who have poor compliance and difficulty in making a correct evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment; 5) Those with serious underlying diseases. 6) Patients who are unable to master Baduanjin after one week of training or are unwilling to enroll.
