Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet diagnostic criteria comply with the 2010 American ACR/EULAR of Rheumatoid arthritis; 2) Aged 18-75 years, all sex; 3) Long-term regular oral drug treatment, the disease is in a stable stage; the disease activity is moderate (3.2<DAS28 score<=5.1); 4) Those who can be able to fill in and complete various rating scales, including visual analog scale, HAQ, condition improvement standard form,...; 5) Those who can be able to cooperate with doctors to complete various physical examinations and laboratory examinations; 6) Those who were informed and voluntarily signed an informed consent form. Only those who meet all the above conditions can be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Combined with other rheumatic and immune diseases such as spondyloarthropathy, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 2) Women who are pregnant, preparing for pregnancy, or breastfeeding; 3)Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function impairment who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment or other contraindications to acupuncture; 4) Those with severe joint deformity in the late stage and joint function level IV; 5)Those who receive special drugs, physical therapy, massage and other treatments; 6)Those who are unable to cooperate due to abnormal mental state; 7)Those with a history of alcohol or drug abuse, or changes in working and living environment are likely to be lost to follow-up. Anyone who meets any of the above criteria is excluded.
