18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)18 years old = age=70 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders 3rd Edition (ICSD-3); 3) Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score >7; 4) did not take benzodiazepines and other insomnia drugs within 1 month before entering the group; 5) Communication barrier-free can cooperate with the completion of curative effect evaluation; 6) Sign the informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Serious mental illness or organic disease; 2) Combined with major organ dysfunction; 3)The tongue image is affected by long-term use of certain dyed foods or drugs; 4)Tongue injury or stroke and other diseases caused by tongue extension movement disorders extended tongue serious skew; 5)Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental abnormality who can not cooperate with the completion of the project; 6) Patients or their authorized persons are unwilling to sign written informed consent.
