Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult women ( 1 ) There was no confirmed systemic disease recently ; ( 2 ) Abdominal skin health ; ( 3 ) 22 = age < 40 ; ( 4 ) Voluntary to participate in the trial and signed informed consent. DOR patients ( 1 ) Conform to the diagnostic criteria ; ( 2 ) 22 = age < 40 ; ( 3 ) Voluntary to participate in the trial and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Complicated with related diseases affecting conception ( any one ) : congenital reproductive organ dysplasia untreated endometrial polyps untreated uterine cavity infection untreated hydrosalpinx thin endometrium uterine fibroids endometriosis or other organic diseases ; ( 2 ) Combined with polycystic ovary syndrome ; ( 3 ) Metabolic endocrine diseases such as uncorrected hyperprolactinemia hyperandrogenism thyroid dysfunction and chronic adrenal insufficiency ; ( 4 ) patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver kidney malignant tumors hematopoietic system diseases systemic immune system diseases and mental diseases ; ( 5 ) There were tattoos scars and skin diseases in the abdominal detection site ; ( 6 ) with severe heart liver and kidney dysfunction ; ( 7 ) have serious cognitive mental disorders can not cooperate with the test ; ( 8 ) Lactating women.
