20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged =20 years and =50 years regardless of gender; (2) fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific neck pain in the 2014 Canadian Evidence-Based Guidelines for Chiropractic Treatment of Neck Pain in Adults: neck pain lasting at least 3 months pain confined to the cervical occipital or posterior scapular region cervical muscle spasm and negative results of the cervical distraction test the Spurling cervical pressure test and the Adson test; (3) had a VAS score of =3; (4) voluntarily signed an informed consent for this study; and (5) had a VAS score of =3. Negative; (3) VAS score =3; (4) Voluntary participation in the study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with abnormal neck appearance such as scars hyperpigmentation pimples etc.; (2) People with history of neck trauma and surgery; (3) People with serious organic diseases or mental illness; (4) People who have participated in other clinical trials within three months prior to enrolment; (5) Pregnant and breastfeeding women; (6) People with history of obvious infectious diseases and genetic diseases; (7) People with intellectual or mental disabilities who are unable to fill out the questionnaire and (7) Those who have intellectual or mental disabilities and are unable to complete the questionnaire and examination; (8) Alcoholism and/or mental abnormality drug abuse and drug dependence (including analgesics); (9) Those who have practiced Baduanjin Qigong or yoga for a long period of time in the past or have done so in the past 3 months; (10) Those who have received treatment including western medicines traditional Chinese medicines acupuncture tuina and so on in the past month prior to receiving the therapy.
