Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the medical diagnostic criteria of IBS-C; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine evidence; (3) Average weekly pain score >=3 (NRS scale) (4) Exclusion of related organic diseases by colonoscopy within 1 year; (5) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; (6) Volunteer and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe underlying diseases; (2) Those with organic diseases of the intestinal tract confirmed by colonoscopy and other diseases that can affect the function of intestinal motility; (3) Women in pregnancy; (4) People with severe allergies; (5) Those who have participated in other clinical trials; (6) Those who are taking other medications and are unable to stop eluting for more than 2 weeks.
