Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 65 years old; (2) Elective general anesthesia and American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; (3) 1 hour = surgery time = 6 hours; (4) Can be evaluated in conjunction with a neurological function scale; (5) Can be combined with blood tests and cerebral hemodynamic examinations; (6) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cardiovascular or central nervous system related surgeries; (2) There are other known diseases that cause cognitive impairment; (3) History of alcohol and psychotropic drug use; (4) There are contraindications for electroacupuncture treatment (severe cardiovascular disease hemorrhagic disease presence of metallic substances in the body); (5) Serious systemic diseases (such as end-stage liver disease end-stage kidney disease advanced malignant tumors etc.); (6) Not signing the informed consent form.
