Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The inclusion criteria were consistent with the diagnosis of chronic eczema and the lesions were limited to the perianal area. (2) Age 18-65 years old. (3) No anti-inflammatory antihistamine and immunosuppressive drugs were taken within two weeks before treatment and no ointment was applied to the local anus. (4) Voluntarily accept the diagnosis and treatment of the doctor and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Aged under 18 or over 65. (2) Other perianal diseases such as anal fissures mixed hemorrhoids anal fistulas and perianal abscesses were complicated. (3) Perianal eczema caused by intestinal inflammatory diseases parasites contact dermatitis etc. (4) Patients with diseases of vital organs such as heart liver and kidney or malnutrition immune system diseases and related drug allergies.
