38 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for patellofemoral osteoarthritis (2) Age =38 years and =80 years no gender restriction (3) Unilateral condition (Kellgren/Lawrence grade 1 to 3 either side) (4) Voluntarily participating in this trial and signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with a history of knee trauma or surgery (2) Patients with anterior or posterior cruciate ligament collateral ligament or meniscus tears or ruptures (3) Individuals with knee tumors tuberculosis osteomyelitis or other related conditions (4) Individuals with severe liver or kidney insufficiency serious cardiovascular disease diabetes or mental disorders (5) Individuals with foot deformities or other foot conditions such as neuroma flat feet or high arches (6) Individuals with walking disabilities or other conditions unsuitable for Tuina therapy due to other diseases
