Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1\ Inclusion criteria for stroke Inclusion criteria (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke recovery in Western medicine; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for meridians in traditional Chinese medicine for stroke; (3) Meets the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation criteria for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; (4) The course of this illness: 14-180 days from the date of onset; (5) Individuals with a history of cerebral infarction and no disabilities prior to this episode (modified Rankin scale score = 1) (6) Using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scoring criteria, the score for the degree of neurological deficit is = 7 points and = 22 points; (7) Individuals aged = 40 years old and = 80 years old; (8) Age sign informed consent form. Note: If any of the above answers are "no", this subject cannot be enrolled. 2\ Inclusion criteria for dizziness Inclusion criteria (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Feeling oneself or external scenery spinning, mild cases may stop with closed eyes, severe cases may be like riding a boat, spinning unpredictably, standing unsteadily, or accompanied by nausea, vomiting, sweating, tinnitus, deafness, and even falling down; (3) The duration of symptoms varies from seconds to days, affecting normal life and work; (4) Sign the informed consent form. Note: If any of the above answers are "no", this subject cannot be enrolled. 3\ Inclusion criteria for dementia Inclusion criteria (1) Age = 18 years old (2) The main manifestation is a significant decline in cognitive function, especially in self comparison before and after, and a decrease in memory; (3) Two or more cognitive impairments, such as orientation, attention, speech, visual spatial function, executive function, motor control, etc., whose severity has disrupted daily life and has been confirmed by neuropsychological testing; (4) Corresponding lesions on CT and MRI. Refer to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition (DSM-IV) dementia diagnostic criteria Note: If any of the above answers are "no", this subject cannot be enrolled. 4\ Insomnia is included in the criteria Inclusion criteria (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Difficulty falling asleep or having shallow nighttime sleep, easily waking up, having multiple dreams, or waking up 1-2 hours earlier than the average person and having difficulty falling back asleep after waking up. The next day, feeling tired, fatigued, or having insufficient energy during the day, making it difficult to engage in normal social activities; (3) At least three times a week, the above-mentioned insomnia symptoms should occur and last for at least one month or more. (4) Accompanied by significant anxiety, distress, anxiety, depression or fear, and leading to a decrease in mental activity efficiency, it hinders its social function. (5) Exclude secondary insomnia caused by physical illness or other factors. Refer to the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders, 3rd edition (CCMD-3) Note: If any of the above answers are "no", this subject cannot be enrolled. 5\ Inclusion criteria for diarrhea 1. Is it included in the criteria (1) Age 18-70 years old; (2) I have undergone colonoscopy examination in the past year and no abnormalities have been found; (3) Informed and agreed to participate in this study; (4) Recurrent abdominal pain, with an average of at least 1

Exclusion criteria: 1 Exclusion criteria for stroke Exclusion criteria (1) Transient ischemic attack (TIA); (2) Individuals who have previously suffered from cerebrovascular disease and have motor dysfunction; (3) Complications that affect drug evaluation including depression and dementia after stroke; (4) Confirmed stroke patients caused by brain tumors traumatic brain injury hematological disorders etc. through examination; (5) Patients with cerebral embolism caused by rheumatic heart disease coronary heart disease and other heart diseases combined with atrial fibrillation; (6) Individuals with a tendency towards bleeding or those who have experienced severe bleeding within the past 12 weeks; (7) Patients with other diseases that affect limb movement function and those with limb movement dysfunction caused by osteoarthritis rheumatoid arthritis gouty arthritis etc. before treatment may affect neurological or functional examinations; (8) Prior to this illness the evaluator was severely affected by various illnesses and physical conditions that prevented them from independently completing daily activities; (9) Individuals who are allergic to the ingredients of this medication or have an allergic constitution; (10) Psychiatric patients; (11) Those who cannot take medication on time due to other reasons; (12) Pregnant and lactating women; (13) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; (14) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trial participants. Note: If any of the above answers are "yes" this subject cannot be enrolled. 2 Dizziness exclusion criteria Exclusion criteria (1) Patients with poor compliance or lack of cooperation; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Patients with severe liver heart kidney brain or hematopoietic system diseases as well as severe metabolic disorders or comorbidities of mental illness or other psychiatric disorders; (4) Participants in clinical trials of other drugs. Note: If any of the above answers are "yes" this subject cannot be enrolled. 3 Dementia exclusion criteria Exclusion criteria (1) Patients with poor compliance or lack of cooperation; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Memory loss and other cognitive impairment caused by consciousness disorders delirium etc; (4) Serious primary diseases such as liver heart kidney brain hematopoietic system and endocrine system; (5) Participants in clinical trials of other drugs. Note: If any of the above answers are "yes" this subject cannot be enrolled. 4 Insomnia exclusion criteria Does the exclusion criterion apply (1) Patients with poor compliance or lack of cooperation; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Secondary insomnia caused by physical illnesses; (4) Patients with severe liver heart kidney brain or hematopoietic system diseases as well as severe metabolic disorders or comorbidities of mental illness or other psychiatric disorders; (5) Participants in clinical trials of other drugs.
