Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Signed informed consent voluntarily participate in this subject meet the western diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes and can cooperate with the completion of TCM syndrome type discrimination and related tests; (2) For patients with large blood glucose fluctuation the blood glucose at 7 points was continuously monitored for 3 days after enrollment and the 1 day with the largest blood glucose fluctuation was selected and the evaluation index meeting the above mentioned intra-day and intra-day blood glucose fluctuation was used as the inclusion criteria for diabetic patients with blood glucose fluctuation; Age 18-80 years old gender is not limited; (4) In the past 1 month the hypoglycemic program has not been significantly adjusted and there is no significant change in diet exercise rest and other living habits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with serious primary diseases of the heart brain liver kidney and hematopoietic system or malignant tumors or organ failure; 2) ketoacidosis diabetic lactic acidosis and other acute infections within the past 1 month; Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with mental illness cognitive decline or language impairment who cannot cooperate with syndrome information collection or do not agree to participate in the study; (5) Taking hormones and other drugs that affect blood sugar. 6) Various stress situations pregnancy acute and chronic infections.
