Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation of the cold-damp paralysis type; (2) Age between 18 and 65 years old regardless of gender; (3) If the subject has been treated by other methods he/she has passed the elution period of more than 7 days; (4) The patient and his/her family members are informed and have signed an informed consent form for entering the study; (5) No serious heart brain liver kidney or blood system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who did not meet the inclusion criteria; and (2) Patients with a clear diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation who have had unsatisfactory results after 3 months of strict conservative treatment; and (3) Patients with muscle paralysis saddle sensation and abnormal bowel function after spinal nerve compression; (4) Patients with a clear diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation who have failed to achieve good results after 3 months of strict conservative treatment. (4) Patients who are unable to move or even sleep due to severe pain and are in a forced position; imaging tests show that the intervertebral disc has ruptured the fibrous ring and the nucleus pulposus is in a ruptured position. Imaging examination shows intervertebral disc fibrous ring rupture free nucleus pulposus (5) Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; and (6) Active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding; (7) The presence of a peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding; (8) The presence of a peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. (7 ) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; and (8 ) Combined presence of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or hepatic or renal insufficiency; and (9) People with mental illness who cannot cooperate.
