Test group:Overall reduction, external fixators + prying reduction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for AO-C type distal radius fracture; 2)Age 18-80 years old; 3)Injury resulting in closed fracture that lasted less than 2 weeks; 4)The subjects volunteered and signed the informed consent form; 5)Have a correct understanding of the significance of the research and have good compliance with the observations and evaluations of researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2) Those combined with nerve and blood vessel injuries or previous lesions on the wrist; 3)Open and pathological fractures; 4)Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure who cannot tolerate stimulation or mentally ill patients; 5)Pregnant and lactating women; 6)Those who do not receive treatment as prescribed, cannot determine the curative effect or have incomplete data that affects the judgment of curative effect; 7)Those who are receiving other related treatments, which may affect the observers of the effect indicators of this study.
