Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of MS; 3) Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who failed to complete the test items or whose clinical information was incomplete; 2) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3) Combined with other stress or serious infection; 4) Have a mental disorder unable to answer questions independently; 5)Those who have been in bed for a long time without full mobility or who have serious physical diseases and cannot cooperate; 6) Patients who refuse to be followed up.
