Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All participants meeting the following criteria were included in this study (1) age above 18; 2) Defecation less than 3 times a week; 3) Stool hardness increased and defecation frequency decreased; 4) Habitual functional constipation; 5) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) organic constipation; (2) Complicated with serious heart brain liver kidney digestive system diseases; 3) Recently received abdominal surgery; 4) Patients with intestinal obstruction. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.
